Binge drinking and college life

As someone who knows first hand the issue of underage drinking and what happens to students who take drinking as a right of passage. The history of college drinking goes back to the first colleges and universities in America.

- So the discussion by most folks seems to view the issue of what the police did and how professor Gates reacted as both in the same. The situation was created by someone who lived on the block but didn't stop to look closely about whom they saw.

- Castro is an old man.  The world has changed and his brother knows that a change is necessary.  We can only move forward with some level of relationship with Cuba.

- I read the article and some of the discussion. As someone who had to enforce the drinking regulations on a college campus I know from first hand experience that it's both hard to know if a change in the age would be preventive or adding fuel to the fire.
